We are always happy to accommodate schedule adjustments when we’re informed in advance, ensuring that we can provide the best care to all of our furry friends.

To help ensure that every pet gets the grooming they deserve, we kindly require a 36-hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to offer your reserved spot to another pet who may be in need of grooming, ensuring that no one is left waiting longer than necessary for their turn.

Communication is key! Keeping us informed with a 36-hour notice helps avoid the $45 No-Show/No-Call fee and ensures we can offer the spot to another pet in need. This small gesture of communication not only helps others, but also allows us to honor your schedule without any added stress.
